Having issues connecting to WiFi? There are a number of reasons networks dont play well with other devices. Use the symptoms below to help best identify what troubleshooting to perform.
Input wrong WiFi credentials? If you believe for any reason the wrong credentials were sent to the camera the camera will need to be reset. Use the reset button to fully factory default before attempting a second time.
Loosing connectivity intermittently? Check signal strength of the wifi network. Using the RF Signal Strength Analyzer on the SecureNet dealer portal you can identify network connectivity. It is recommended the signal of the WiFi be 65% or higher.
Blinking Green LED but no live video? Check the dealer portal of online status. If available upgrade the firmware (if using an indoor camera connect to ethernet). Contact support if issues persist. We can resolve with setting static IP address or resolving DNS issues.
