When first configuring a camera that is attached to a customers internet you may see there is no VPN address listed under VPN Address. This will accompany the message “No VPN Address” where the firmware version should be listed. The Camera will have a blinking green LED. The follow steps should resolve issues to get the camera to an Online status and to view live video.

  1. Power cycling the camera can often speed this process up to get the VPN information. If you have the same results on the portal after a few minutes, proceed to the next step.
  2. Delete the camera and re-register from your dealer portal.
  3. Follow steps to bring camera on WiFi if desired.
