1. Verify you added an account on the Dealer portal.  We recommend doing this before installing.  This video will help.  

2. If the account is there, verify you have the proper MAC Address.  Navigate to ACCOUNTS->SYSTEM, then check the MAC Address matches the MAC label on teh bottom of the Helix panel.  

3.  Verify the account is “LIVE”, which is identified at the top of the main ACCOUNTS page on the Dealer Portal.
