Every IGM or Helix system will have at least one Login/Password associated with it in the ACCOUNT tab of the Dealer Portal.

If a person wants to have their account name or password changed, you must log into the SecureNet Dealer portal, select the ACCOUNTS menu item from the left, then search for the specific customer account you wish to make changes to.

Once you locate the customer account, you can select the CONTACTS menu item from the left, and all CONTACTS are available for editing.
