Receiving the message AuthenticationFailed is a directly related to the camera’s password being out of sync with the interactive portal. The following steps will correct the issue.
- Factory default the camera.
- Deleted the camera from the account and re-add.
- the Username is always “root” all lower case.
- The password for the camera is the MAC Address of the camera.
- Connect to internet and check status on dealer portal.
