Receiving the message AuthenticationFailed is a directly related to the camera’s password being out of sync with the interactive portal. The following steps will correct the issue.

  1. Factory default the camera.
  2. Deleted the camera from the account and re-add.
  3. the Username is always “root” all lower case.
  4. The password for the camera is the MAC Address of the camera.
  5. Connect to internet and check status on dealer portal.
